Martin Ridge Dulcimer Players

What is the Martin Ridge Dulcimer Players?

The Martins Ridge Dulcimer Players of Hanover, PA is a group of volunteers founded by Dr. Margo M. Hall, a music educator for many years. She developed the group as a way for her mountain dulcimer students to enjoy playing together. The group, which now includes a guitarist and flautist, has a varied repertoire of pieces that they play, drawing from traditional, Celtic, religious, classical, and modern genres. They have played in various churches, Civil War reenactment church services in Gettysburg, Homewood at Plum Creek, the Myers-Wareheim Mansion in Hanover, and the Ma & Pa Railroad festival in Muddy Forks, PA. You can contact Dr. Hall at MargoM.Hall@gmail.com.
