Learn the basics of making kombucha and the benefits of drinking kombucha with Liz Dodson, aka The Kombucha Lady from Thurmont, MD.  Liz has been making kombucha for years and produces kombucha commercially.  Go home with a SCOBY and starter for your own batch.  Learn some tricks for the first and second fermentation.  Learn some other great uses for kombucha, including the recipes.  Liz will share her recipes for Apple Chai and Fire Cider Kombucha using organic apple cider from Oyler's Organic Farms.
